Heart to Heart is hiring Certified Home Health Aides in your area. Starting pay is $16 AN HOUR!

Heart to Heart Home Care is growing and we are currently looking for reliable, professional and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are enthusiastic about making a positive difference in the lives of our patients.

Home Health Aides are paid weekly by the company. No need to keep track of your client’s payments or figure out what taxes need to be paid. We do it all!!

Responsibilities:

•Providing one-to-one care in the home/facility

•Taking direction from clinical team

•Following the plan of care

Job Requirements:

-Valid New Jersey CHHA License

- 2 Forms of ID

-Physical within the past year

-1st and 2nd step PPD or Chest X-Ray

-MMR or Rubella/Rubeola Titers

Through our quality care, we help our clients with the medical, physical and emotional strain that comes when home health care is needed the most.
